About The Position

Unitek Learning is dedicated to addressing the nursing shortage by educating high-quality nurses and allied health professionals. This role is crucial in connecting motivated individuals with life-changing training programs, thereby supplying the workforce that local communities urgently need. The Admissions Representative will guide prospective students from initial interest through the enrollment process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience)
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Nexus or CampusVue
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews to present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
