About The Position

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative to join their team. This role is crucial in helping future nurses and allied health professionals find their purpose by guiding motivated individuals from interest to enrollment in Unitek's programs. The organization aims to close the nursing shortage gap by preparing high-quality professionals for local communities. The Admissions Representative will play a direct role in recruiting students who will become frontline caregivers.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Nice To Haves

• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
