About The Position

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative to join their team. This role is crucial in helping to close the nursing shortage gap by preparing compassionate, high-quality nurses and allied health professionals. The Admissions Representative will guide motivated individuals from initial interest to enrollment in Unitek's programs, playing a direct role in getting future frontline caregivers trained. Unitek College offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing and diploma programs in Vocational Nursing and Medical Assisting.

Requirements

• Two (2) years: minimum of customer service, telemarketing, or sales required.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Nice To Haves

• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Nexus or CampusVue.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
