Registered Nurse - Portsmouth
About The Position
The Admissions Registered Nurse provides supervisory visits for non-skilled clients of an in-home personal care agency. The nurse can set their own schedule, choose the area where they provide visits within the Middle Peninsula and surrounding areas, and work as many hours as desired. Compensation is $65 per initial assessment, $55 per reassessment at six months, $30 for a missed visit when the client is not home for a planned visit, $30 per in-service or class, $20 per aide orientation when additional clinical training is needed, and $20 per hour for office work. Visits or assessments for clients more than 30 miles from the agency receive an additional $5 per visit or assessment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supervisory visits for non-skilled clients.
- Complete initial assessments and six-month reassessments.
- Provide in-services or classes.
- Provide aide orientation when additional clinical training is needed for a case.
- Provide visits in a designated service area within the Middle Peninsula and surrounding areas.
