Provide one-on-one customer service to current and prospective students by answering the Admissions/Registrar telephones, processing the Admissions/Registrar generic email account, determining and processing residency for new and current students, and processing a variety of documents for student records. This role involves assisting students with registration, processing various student information requests, and maintaining the accuracy and security of student records in compliance with privacy laws. The position requires performing essential job functions accurately under time pressure and in an environment with continuously changing policies and procedures.
