About The Position

Avalon Care Center at Northpointe is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to coordinate admissions and help new residents transition smoothly into the facility. The Admissions Nurse completes admission assessments and clinical evaluations, reviews relevant hospital records and care information, and works with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care. The role also involves educating residents and families about admission procedures and care expectations and maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. The position is based at Avalon Care Center at Northpointe in Spokane, Washington, and is scheduled Sunday through Tuesday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Pay is $48.00–$54.69 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Requirements

Current RN license in Washington State or NLC eligibility.
Previous nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to pass employment screenings.
