About The Position

The marketing assistant for the Admissions Marketing Team will work closely on all marketing projects and communications for prospective students and families throughout the admissions cycle; recruitment, visit experience, print and digital communications, and the application experience.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Flexibility to effectively prioritize short- and long-term objectives/tasks to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Project management coordinator
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and records for Marketing Team
  • Provide administrative support for Marketing Team initiatives
  • Admissions Marketing Communications inbox and calendar management
  • Assist with Admissions Events
