Paul Mitchell the School Tampa is seeking a qualified Admissions professional to join our growing family! With over one hundred schools nationwide, Paul Mitchell Schools is growing faster than ever. Admissions is the first point of contact for prospective Future Professionals seeking to pursue their educational and career goals in the beauty industry. You must have a passion for helping people achieve their goals, making a difference in people's lives, and executing sales-based strategies. This person will be responsible for guiding prospective Future Professionals through the entire enrollment process.

Requirements

• Strong Admissions background
• Ability to manage goal-driven daily tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Self-motivated to meet and exceed enrollment goals
• Confidence, resilience, strong communication skills, exceptional persistence, a high level of commitment, and the ability to guide and motivate others
• Genuine Passion for the beauty industry
• Admissions/ Recruitment experience required
• A background check is performed for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain honesty, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all forms
• Schedule and coordinate campus tours covering program information, campus services, key compliance points, and program outcomes
• Actively analyze follow-up systems according to established processes
• Detailed -oriented to proof applications to ensure compliance within the lead database pipeline
• Consistently meet or exceed established individual production goals
• Contact candidates assigned to them using the phone, Google Suite, and CRM systems
• Work seamlessly independently and in group settings to meet enrollment goals
• Comfortable engaging with individuals in person and leading conversations
