About The Position

The Enrollment Recruitment Specialist manages St. Philip’s prospective-family pipeline from initial inquiry through submitted application. This position builds relationships with prospective families, conducts timely follow-up, supports tours and recruitment events, maintains accurate enrollment records, and provides regular pipeline updates to the Director of Admission & Enrollment Management. The position also supports re-enrollment and attrition tracking in partnership with the Program Director and assists the Marketing/Communications team with admissions-related outreach and recruitment.

Requirements

  • Ability to track basic enrollment metrics and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to handle confidential family and student information with discretion
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel to off-site recruiting events and community locations

Nice To Haves

  • associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, sales, customer service, family engagement, or community outreach preferred
  • Experience with CRM, student information, or enrollment management systems; FACTS/RenWeb preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, phone, and other common administrative technology

Responsibilities

  • Manage the prospective-family pipeline from initial inquiry through submitted application.
  • Communicate with prospective families through phone, email, text, tours, meetings, and other appropriate channels, including following up regarding tours, applications, and next steps.
  • Conduct campus tours and admissions meetings that provide a welcoming introduction to St. Philip’s.
  • Represent St. Philip’s at recruitment events, community fairs, school visits, and other outreach opportunities.
  • Build relationships with feeder preschools, daycares, churches, community organizations, and other recruitment partners.
  • Maintain accurate and timely inquiry, communication, tour, application, and enrollment records in FACTS/RenWeb and other designated systems; track recruitment activity and provide regular pipeline and conversion reports to the Director of Admission & Enrollment Management.
  • Identify enrollment trends, follow-up needs, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with re-enrollment communications, tracking, family follow-up, and attrition tracking in partnership with the Program Director and Director of Admission & Enrollment Management, including documenting withdrawal or non-re-enrollment information when available.
  • Support the Marketing/Communications team with admissions-related outreach, events, campaigns, social media, email, and content as requested.
  • Maintain organized admissions calendars, outreach lists, materials, and records.
  • Follow established admissions procedures and perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Admission & Enrollment Management.
