About The Position
Lansdowne Heights is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care for seniors with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. We are seeking a relationship-driven Admissions Director who is passionate about helping families navigate one of life's most important decisions while driving occupancy and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Prior admissions, sales, and/or marketing experience in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or healthcare.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- CRM and MS Office experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries, tours, and admissions from first contact through move-in.
- Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
- Maintain prospect records and achieve occupancy goals.
- Represent the community at networking and outreach events.
