The Admissions Counselor II will support the recruitment and admissions functions for graduate MBA programs for Working Professionals at USC Marshall School of Business, Marshall Graduate Admissions. This role focuses on prospective student outreach, recruitment, relationship management, and enrollment growth, while also evaluating and selecting applicants. The position involves developing and maintaining relationships with prospective students, responding to inquiries, conducting advising, representing the MBA programs at recruiting events, and implementing outreach strategies. A key part of the role includes reading and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and serving on the MBA Admissions Committee to participate in application review and admissions decisions. The Admissions Counselor will collaborate with various USC and Marshall departments to support recruitment initiatives and ensure effective communication with prospective students and applicants. The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized admissions professional skilled in engaging prospective students, building relationships, evaluating candidates, presenting to diverse audiences, and contributing to enrollment growth, while managing multiple projects and priorities.
