About The Position

This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and their families, guiding them through the admissions journey with reassurance and support. The Admissions Coordinator manages the entire admissions process, ensuring seamless internal communication to optimize client engagement and satisfaction. They are responsible for clearly communicating information about the organization's offerings to callers, clients, and families, and responding to phone inquiries with professionalism. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, and a commitment to outstanding client support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic records and ensuring prompt completion of all necessary documentation are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Thursday-Sunday; In-Office Position.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 years applicable experience in Behavioral Health field preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
