About The Position
Ridgeway Post Acute in Petaluma, California, is seeking an Admissions Assistant to welcome prospective residents and their families and support a smooth admissions process. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a schedule of Saturday through Wednesday and required weekend availability. Starting pay is $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The Admissions Assistant also assists with resident room moves, reception coverage, and other assigned administrative tasks. The employer states that it is an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements
- Strong background in customer service or admissions; healthcare experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends.

- Assist with resident room moves.
- Cover reception and complete other assigned administrative tasks.
