About The Position

As an Admissions advisor – Student services at LCI Language School, you play a key role in supporting student success and institutional growth. Blending admissions sales support with student engagement and retention responsibilities, you are proactive, service-oriented, and skilled at building relationships while ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective and current students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Communications, International Relations, or a related field ;
  • 1–2 years of experience in admissions, sales support, or student services, preferably within an educational or language school environment ;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus ;
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite ;
  • Proficiency in French language (spoken and written) ;
  • Professional proficiency in English language (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries via phone, email, virtual platforms, and in person, guiding each candidate through the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment ;
  • Conduct needs assessments to provide tailored program recommendations and actively support conversion rates and enrollment targets ;
  • Proactively follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of communications and application progress using CRM systems ;
  • Prepare and issue admissions documentation (acceptance letters, invoices, contracts, welcome packages) in compliance with institutional policies ;
  • Represent the institution at campus tours, open houses, and recruitment events (virtual and in-person) and collaborate with marketing teams on outreach campaigns ;
  • Support students throughout their journey, including onboarding, orientation, registration, and transition into the school environment ;
  • Coordinate homestay placements, act as a liaison between students and internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and concerns ;
  • Contribute to student retention by monitoring engagement and satisfaction, and assist in organizing activities and workshops to enhance the overall student experience.
