About The Position

The Administrator/DON is responsible for overall management of the hospice company while supporting the program’s goals of quality patient care and judicious use of resources. The role coordinates all aspects of the program to create a smoothly functioning organization dedicated to excellence in care and support for dying patients and their families.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas.
• At least 2 years of experience as an RN, including management experience.
• Experience with hospice policies, rules, and regulations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall hospice company.
• Coordinate all aspects of the hospice program to support quality patient care and judicious use of resources.
• Ensure the organization functions smoothly and is dedicated to excellent care and support for dying patients and their families.
