Requirements

2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in restoration.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM tools (PSA, CompanyCam).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle stressed customers and insurance professionals.
Strong multitasking skills to manage fast-paced restoration projects.

Responsibilities

Data entry within the company, utilizing job systems and software in a timely fashion
Create an inspection appointment event on the appropriate company calendar after job creation
Obtaining information for the job file as needed or calling a carrier to get a claim number, adjuster name, etc.
Onboarding subcontractors
Stocking supplies, answering phones, and maintaining office organization
Providing administrative support to project coordinators and management
Willingness to ask questions for clarification on requested tasks
Other duties assigned by management
