About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in restoration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM tools (PSA, CompanyCam).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle stressed customers and insurance professionals.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage fast-paced restoration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry within the company, utilizing job systems and software in a timely fashion
  • Create an inspection appointment event on the appropriate company calendar after job creation
  • Obtaining information for the job file as needed or calling a carrier to get a claim number, adjuster name, etc.
  • Onboarding subcontractors
  • Stocking supplies, answering phones, and maintaining office organization
  • Providing administrative support to project coordinators and management
  • Willingness to ask questions for clarification on requested tasks
  • Other duties assigned by management
