Requirements

  • Holds a college diploma in administration, financial services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Has a minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative or operational support role

Responsibilities

  • Printing, preparing, and shipping documents to clients and internal partners
  • Receiving, organizing, and managing incoming paper mail
  • Scanning, indexing, and ensuring accurate electronic filing of documents
  • Managing and coordinating access requests to systems, tools, and shared resources
  • Ensuring that documents and access requests are handled in compliance with internal policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations
