Lawrence Hall is a Chicago-based nonprofit social services agency that provides therapeutic, wellness, and skill development services to youth, families, and neighborhoods affected by lasting trauma. We foster healing and growth through empowerment, respect, safety, and teamwork. Our Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC) is a 24-hour residential program for DCFS- and ISBE-referred youth ages 8 – 18 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. With a trauma-informed, outcomes-driven approach, we help youth heal from abuse, neglect, and trauma while building the skills they need to thrive. As an Residential Program Supervisor (Evenings), you ' ll ensure safety, structure, and support for both youth and staff during the second shift (afternoon/evening) hours. This is a hands-on leadership role where you ' ll supervise staff, manage crisis situations, and help create a stable, supportive environment for young people working toward brighter futures.
