About The Position

The Administrator of Residential Services will oversee a team of managers in the Island and Snohomish County areas, providing habilitative support to adults with developmental disabilities. This role is directly responsible for residential operations within DSHS's Region 2 North, encompassing fiscal management, service delivery, quality assurance, crisis management, customer service, employee development, and compliance with WACs and contract outcomes. The Administrator will also participate in SA leadership, contributing to strategy and collaborating with other agency leaders. The position emphasizes inspiring teams in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and core values: respect, integrity, excellence, customer service, fiscal responsibility, employee satisfaction, and community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with one year of similar full-time experience working with the ID population, OR 5 years of successful full-time experience working with ID population
  • Documented supervisory experience that promotes effective staff performance
  • Seventy-five-hour training certification & annual continuing education certificates for the twelve months prior
  • Clear criminal history and pass a background check
  • Currently have within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
  • Current driver's license, car, and car insurance
