As the Senior Level Administrator of Community Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in direct service to individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Three years or more experience in Administration/Supervision
  • Valid PA Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative community programs that empower and enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and community leaders to expand our reach and influence.
  • Oversee program budgets, assess outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of professionals to achieve excellence.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of our community, fostering a culture of inclusivity and support.
