About The Position
South Hampton Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking an Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility. This role involves ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations, supervising department managers, and managing the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans. The Administrator must meet or exceed quality, clinical, and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives. A key aspect of the role is ensuring premier customer service and facilitating the resolution of resident care issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
- Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
