About The Position
Current River Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Administrator (LNHA) to join their team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations. The Administrator will supervise all department managers, ensuring the facility meets or exceeds quality, clinical, and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives. A key aspect of this role is ensuring premier customer service and facilitating the resolution of resident care issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large.
- Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care.
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
