About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate health care professionals for a Traveling Administrator role. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations. The Administrator will supervise department managers, ensure the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans, and meet or exceed quality, clinical, and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives. A key aspect of the role is ensuring premier customer service and facilitating the resolution of resident care issues.
Requirements

- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
- Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations.
- Supervise all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance.
- Be responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans.
- Meet or exceed quality, clinical, and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives.
