About The Position

Care Initiatives is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join their team at Pinnacle Specialty Care, a 100-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This position is available due to an internal promotion. Pinnacle Specialty Care features a therapy pool, which allows for community partnerships with educational institutions and therapy providers, enhancing resident care. Pinnacle is a 2024 AHCA/NCAL Bronze National Quality Award Recipient. Care Initiatives is the largest single operator of quality nursing homes in Iowa, a nonprofit healthcare organization with over forty skilled nursing communities, eight hospice offices, and an internal staffing agency. They are committed to providing exceptional care and support throughout the healthcare journey and are looking for a dedicated leader to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

Valid Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing required, or ability to activate NHA licensure in Iowa.
Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing is highly desired.
Ability to build relationships and lead a team through change with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned skilled nursing facility to ensure quality of care and operational excellence.
Lead and support teams by fostering collaborations, compassion, continuous improvement, and staff development.
Develop and execute operational strategies to maintain high-quality resident care and positive outcomes.
Promote a strong culture of service, accountability, and resident-centered care.
