Requirements
- Completed the educational requirements necessary to begin an AIT program, including a bachelor's degree or applicable long-term care experience, or be eligible to participate in an Administrator Mentorship Program as a newly licensed administrator.
- Strong leadership potential and decision-making skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- The ability to balance multiple priorities and projects effectively
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to build relationships in and outside of the facility
- Strong working knowledge of skilled nursing care operations and regulations
- Ability to coach and provide superior leadership and direction
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the training process
