Administrator II provides support and works directly with an assigned Team to support Account Managers in retirement plan compliance work. This position requires excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving ability. The position requires the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and the ability to work as part of a team, while independently managing accounts with minimal required supervision. Excellent communication skills and full understanding of the importance of customer service is a must. Candidate has competence in all Administrator skills.
