About The Position

The Merchandising Admin will perform various administrative tasks for the assigned function with Merchandising. This role involves managing cost paperwork accuracy, inputting and processing new data, maintaining department records, and assisting with vendor-submitted deals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or merchandising
  • Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Strong ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry, paperwork, and record maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and be deadline driven.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cost paperwork accuracy for the category team, and provide them for timeline entry into the pricing system
  • Inputs new data into the assigned database, report, or document.
  • Processes changes to data in the assigned database as required and maintains a log of actions related to change.
  • Maintains department records and files.
  • Conducts regular reviews of assigned databases, reports, or various documents to identify discrepancies in data and ensure accuracy.
  • Corrects inaccurate data and maintains documentation of action or communication related to correction.
  • Assist with the validation of vendor-submitted deals
