About The Position

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Administrator II, Applications Systems to join their team. This role ensures IT Enterprise Services support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision by delivering innovative ideas, solutions, and services. The position is responsible for application administration, including server maintenance, upgrades, support, and disaster recovery planning for vendor-purchased applications. The Administrator II is the primary technical support contact and collaborates with developers, business users, internal IT, and third-party vendors to enhance performance, ensure system availability, and manage the environment's health. This role also participates in planning and implementing policies and procedures for optimal system operation, consistent maintenance, company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the field of Application and Server Administration required.
3 years’ working experience required.
Hands-on technical experience maintaining servers.
Enterprise Windows Administration including concepts such as Certificate Services, Web Services, Provisioning and Security.
Knowledge of ITIL and Agile framework.
Hands on enterprise application and hardware troubleshooting experience.
Working technical knowledge of networks, PCs and platform operating systems including Windows and Red Hat.
Working knowledge of Scripting languages such as Shell Scripting, YAML, Bash, Python, PowerShell, Batch, Object Oriented Programing, HTML5, and CSS.
Working knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL, PostGres, and MongoDB.
Working knowledge of Structured Query Language and Database Scripting concepts.
Working knowledge of Release Automation processes.
Knowledge of Application support methodologies and processes for platforms such as M365 and Dynamics Cloud applications, Great Plains, Atlassian Suite, Informatica, Automic, Qlikview, QlikSense, Alation, and Qlik Replicate.
Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC.
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Nice To Haves

5 years’ experience in the field of Application and Server Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion applications and databases.
Implement Security measures and access controls.
Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
Proactive monitoring and maintenance of Linux and/or Windows system environments.
Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
Work with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations and uptime of application environments.
Analyze system for overall performance and give recommendations for improvements.
Develop strong working relationship with third party vendors.
Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
Quick, efficient, and effective issue resolution with proactive communication to all stakeholders.
Recommend, schedule, and perform improvements, patches, and reconfigurations.
Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use.
Provide backup administration support to other teammates.
Provide after-hours support.
Administration within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot and the Power Platform.
Administration within Atlassian SaaS platforms.
Administration within Oracle Fusion & ORMB ERP platforms.
Administration within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform.
Administration within business process development platforms like Nintex/K2.
Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect.
Administration within Internally built adjudication platform including Linux and Oracle Technology Stacks.
Administration within Automic Automation Platform.
Administration within Informatica Platform.
Administration within CDC Tools like QlikReplicate.
Administration within Business Intelligence platforms like Qlikview and QlikSense, Crystal, nPrint.
Administration within Privacy Analytics Platform.
Administration within Data Cataloging SaaS Platforms.
