This role serves as support to the Director on all labor and employee relations matters and activities including contract negotiations, grievances, arbitrations and interpreting collective bargained agreements. The Manager ensures that all labor and employee relations matters and activities are conducted in a manner consistent with Company labor regulations, strategies, operational and strategic business objectives and Company core values. The Manager is responsible for managing the company's labor relations programs, policies, and procedures. This includes establishing and maintaining satisfactory labor-management relations, administering the collective bargaining agreements, administering grievance procedures including arbitrations/National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) charges, and assisting all levels of management on labor matters. The role requires a demonstration of expertise in Human Resource (HR)/Labor Relations (LR), practices, and procedures.
