The Administrator, Accounts Payable/Receivable position will report directly to and work closely with JumpFly’s President and Founders. Applicant must be able to seamlessly step into the role of Administrator. Accounting background is a must (10+ years’ experience). This position will also work closely with Director of Human Resources. The Administrator, Accounts Payable/Receivable position requires an accounting background, support for payroll, and responsibility for the company's SIMPLE IRA. This role is also responsible for the company’s retirement fund, SIMPLE IRA.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Accounting and Payroll
  • Use and knowledge of QuickBooks
  • 10+ years of Accounts Payable, Receivable and billing
  • Knowledge of Payroll, Paycor knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with client-facing responsibilities
  • Must be VERY organized
  • Extensive experience with retirement accounts (SIMPLE IRA)
  • Responsible for commissions distribution
  • Must have expert knowledge of Google Doc and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing Clients
  • Process Accounts Receivables
  • Process SIMPLE IRA Payments to Broker
  • Reconcile All Banking by the 8th of the Month
  • Reconcile All Credit Cards
  • Process Payroll for the 15th and Last Day of the Month
  • Process Commissions Once a Month
  • Pay Monthly General Billing
