Requirements

  • Must be willing to work 37.5 hours per week, during normal business hours between 8:30AM to 5:00PM in an office environment setting.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Self-directed and a willingness to work independently at times.
  • A positive attitude that embraces teamwork and learning.
  • Desire and willingness to learn about the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Entering applications and data into Formstack
  • Entering and editing data into various platforms
  • Printing and collating employee benefit guides
  • Opening mail
  • Scanning checks
  • Shredding documents
  • Photocopying
  • Preparing proposals for clients
  • Performing loss run reports
  • Stocking and ordering office supplies
  • Attending selected employee or client meetings
  • Assisting with other administrative duties when needed
