About The Position

This position requires one year of experience in a high volume healthcare facility or medical office setting, with strong computer and customer service skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and continuing education is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is strongly preferred, and insurance and billing experience is strongly required. A driver's license is necessary for travel to off-site locations (Outpatient only). Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
