About The Position

This position is full-time in an office setting and serves as the Navigator at reception, assisting customers with inquiries, answering general questions, entering and retrieving client information in the computer, and uploading documents timely and accurately. The role requires demonstrating the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy, serving as the EBT clerk, and making appropriate program referrals to community resources. The position also involves providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner, participating in individual and staff conferences, and attending all mandatory trainings associated with the position. Additionally, the role requires writing, presenting, and interpreting information in a clear, concise, and organized manner, maintaining compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards, and performing various backup duties as required.

Requirements

  • 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
