About The Position

CACI is seeking an Administrative Support Member that will provide integration support in the daily filing of all Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Program documentation. The role involves tracking and filing various documents related to the Key Management Infrastructure's pre/post installation phases, finding and verifying Point of Contact information, interacting with team members to confirm prerequisite actions, creating email communications with KMI documents, and maintaining SharePoint folders. The position also requires tracking scheduling and readiness requirements, identifying missing documents, creating various document types in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, developing process flow charts in Visio, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of document sets for SharePoint uploads. The candidate will also be responsible for downloading and updating documents from SharePoint, maintaining proper filing, and demonstrating flexibility to assist with other assigned tasks, balancing competing priorities, and reacting to emergent tasks. The ability to create a routine for task completion with minimal direction and work productively with remote colleagues via email is essential. Weekly activity reports are also required.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SharePoint.
  • Experience creating flow charts.
  • Experience creating email communications.
  • Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking and filing of all Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Program documentation in the pre/post installation phases.
  • Finding and verifying Point of Contact information for upcoming assignments.
  • Interacting with various team members to verify whether prerequisite actions have been completed.
  • Creating email communication with required KMI documents to assign commands.
  • Tracking and filing documents in SharePoint folders.
  • Tracking scheduling & verifying that accounts have met readiness requirements by target dates.
  • Identifying and reporting missing/incomplete documents.
  • Creating documents in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Creating process flow charts in Visio and translating them into documented processes in MS Word.
  • Verifying & tracking document completion.
  • Creating and maintaining tracking documents/tools.
  • Assisting in creating document sets to upload into SharePoint (SOVT, In Brief, Out Brief, Installation Completion Report, Pre-Installation Checklist, Pre-Installation Check Out, Installation Completion Message).
  • Downloading document sets from SharePoint and updating with changes as required.
  • Maintaining proper filing of SharePoint document folders.
  • Assisting in other tasking assigned to the program.
  • Balancing tasks with competing priorities.
  • Reacting to emergent tasking.
  • Creating a routine that ensures tasking is completed with minimal direction or oversight.
  • Working productively with others in remote locations effectively through email.
  • Developing weekly activity reports to document weekly tasking.
