About The Position
The Sales & Administration position performs administrative duties related to store accounting and operations while assisting with the sale of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. It also supports store inventory and the administration of the Les Schwab credit program.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and discuss their needs.
- Answer questions about merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues.
- Provide product and service quotes, referring customers to other qualified employees when needed.
- Assist with store accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Assist with administration of the Les Schwab credit program.
- Assist with store inventory and pick up merchandise and parts as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
- Ask questions to identify customer wants and needs.
