About The Position

Crafco, Inc. is seeking Temporary Part-Time Administrative Support at our Equipment Plant in Chandler, AZ. This is a Part-Time position 2-3 days a week (Wed - Fri 8:00am-4:00pm w/ 1/2 hour lunch) - we are willing to be flexible with your schedule! Seeking a friendly individual who is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and enjoys taking on a variety of tasks and projects! This role provides temporary administrative and front desk support to assist with daily office operations, production documentation, and general organization tasks. The position is heavily focused on organization, document handling, and maintaining workflow continuity across production and office areas. This position offers a competitive hourly rate! Flexible, Part-Time work on a temporary basis! Fast and friendly work environment!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Moderate computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong English proficiency both verbal and written
  • Friendly demeanor and genuine desire to help and support customers and co-workers.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US and have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAP or MRP systems a plus.
  • Clerical or Administrative experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate!
  • bi-lingual in Spanish a plus!

Responsibilities

  • General duties include supporting Administrative and Operations tasks to maintain office and production efficiency (Planning, Stockroom, Front Desk).
  • May support various projects, as needed.
  • Separate, sort, and organize production order paperwork.
  • Print drawings and pull large drawings.
  • File completed production order.
  • Assist with data entry. (SAP)
  • Organize incoming and outgoing paperwork.
  • Support miscellaneous clerical projects.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
  • Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Keep counters clear, tidy, and presentable for visitors.
  • Clean and organize the office supply area.
  • Condense excess materials and remove unused supplies.
  • Monitor stock items and report reorder needs.
  • Rearrange cabinets and storage areas for efficiency.
  • Refill shared printers/copiers (toner, etc)
  • Clean and organize the IT/paper room.
  • Dispose of outdated IT equipment and unused materials.
  • Sort cords, monitors, printers, keyboards, and accessories.
  • Label shelves, bins, and storage areas.
  • Break down boxes and remove trash/recycling.
  • Wipe down desks, cabinets, and shelving.
  • Sort, file, and organize active drawings.
  • Review and discard outdated or unused drawings.
  • Create a labeling and indexing system for drawings.
