About The Position

Are you looking to work in a school-based, fast-paced working environment? Do you enjoy completing clerical tasks and using your administrative skills? If you answered YES, then consider joining our team as Administrative Support at the Devereux Children's Behavioral Health Center located in Malvern, PA. Everyday as Administrative Support you will: Greets visitors and directs to proper area. May be necessary to supervise/assist with residents visiting office areas. Provide a variety of administrative support functions for the daily operation of the hospital. Performs administrative support to respective administrator/director. Mains necessary records for operation of the unit/center regarding residents, agencies, staff, etc... May coordinate residents/staff travel, maintain office supply inventory. Answer phones, respond to inquiries and forwards messages to the appropriate individuals in a timely fashion. Enters, evaluates and/or audits data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
  • Valid driver's license must be maintained.

Nice To Haves

  • One year specialized training preferred.
