About The Position

We are a nonprofit, licensed home health agency seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team. This position provides essential administrative support to the CEO, Human Resources, and Financial Controller. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include supporting payroll and billing processes, preparing and submitting reports, and performing accurate data entry. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency and precision in daily operations, particularly those related to client services and caregiver compensation. This role also involves regular communication with clients, caregivers, and family members, requiring strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and billing systems, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • Experience in private duty home care preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Administrative support for the CEO, Human Resources and Financial Controller.
  • Prepare and submit payroll.
  • Perform accurate data entry.
  • Submit billing reports via a Long-Term Care Insurance online portal.
  • Complete weekly billing for grant recipients.
  • Manage report submissions for grant recipients.
  • Generate and verify reports for payroll and billing.
