This position ensures accurate and efficient processing of transcription outputs and enrollment applications, supporting the completion of day-to-day operational workflows. The Administrative Support Representative reviews, validates, and enters information to ensure all required data is complete, accurate, and aligned with program policies, procedures, and service standards. The role works closely with supervisors, and team members to support consistent workflow execution, maintain data integrity, and enable timely service delivery.
