About The Position

The Administrative Support Coordinator for Liberal Arts and Engineering Studies is a critical role, providing administrative and clerical support to an interdisciplinary program spanning the College of Liberal Arts and College of Engineering. This is a part-time (24 hours per week) position and is eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, vision and CalPERS retirement.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five years of general office support or technical experience.
  • Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months of experience.
