Coordinate the delivery of accommodations and services (e.g. testing, assistive technology check out). Welcome and screen office visitors, emails and phone calls for staff; take messages and/or refer calls to university departments and/or personnel as appropriate; independently research matters when necessary to respond to inquiries. Coordinate continuous coverage for the office to allow for optimal response to walk-in visitors and callers, both within and outside of, the university. Develop and update training materials for service areas that include general explanation of principles, techniques, standards, guides and professional skills to be implemented when working with students with disabilities. Assist in data collection and monthly reports for service usage. Oversee the office supply inventory to ensure that stock is maintained and costs are kept within budget. Maintain a central filing system for the division, consisting of both confidential and nonconfidential files, to ensure documentation is filed timely and accurately, and can be easily retrievable.
