About The Position

Centralized Administrative Services provides a specialized shared services model that delivers consistent, efficient, and compliant administrative and transactional support across the division, including procurement, accounts payable, travel, and related operational processes. The model is designed to improve service quality, standardize workflows, increase organizational capacity, and support scalable operations through centralized expertise and process management. This position provides administrative/clerical support to the Administrative Services team. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining department files; inputting data for archiving and file retrieval; coordinating telephone, electronic and written correspondence as directed. Responsible for calendaring meetings, workshops; soliciting information on behalf of the department, retrieving data, preparing reports/charts of a varying nature related to programs, including technology support and asset management; coordinating travel and training arrangements.
