By joining our Division of Driver Licensing as a n Administrative Supervisor in Graves County, you’ll have the opportunity to coordinates daily workflow, staffing assignments, and service delivery to meet customer demand while maintaining efficiency and minimizing wait times. Ensures staff adherence to KRS, KAR, and federal guidelines governing credential issuance and identity verification.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
  • Four years of professional administrative experience.
  • A master's degree in public or business administration or a related field will substitute for one year of the required experience.
  • Additional administrative, business or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily, and monthly accounting reconciliation and issuance reports
  • Operational oversight of section in a High-Volume environment
  • Fiscal accountability and end of the day accounting reconciliation
  • Personnel supervision and performance management
  • Issue resolution and escalation management
