Responsible for the overall operation of the billing, cashier, and customer service areas within Public Works and the supervision of public facing staff assisting community members establishing new services. Assists Public Works department with recruiting, onboarding and payroll processing and training. Collaborates with special projects, event support, research, analysis and implementation. Provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and prioritizing meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, and contribute to the department’s efficiency and overall success.
