Crystal Valley is a full-service cooperative with 200 full-time employees in 15 locations serving the needs of livestock producers and crop farmers in south-central Minnesota. Our knowledgeable staff provides superior service to our customers with high-quality products, facilities, and equipment in our core businesses of agronomy, energy, feed, and grain.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn other key operational computer programs
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Meet the driver qualification standards set by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member
  • Pre-employment drug testing required.
  • Comply with Crystal Valley's Drug and Alcohol Policy including random drug testing
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and/or data entry experience
