Labcorp is hiring a remote-based Administrative Specialist to support our sales team in the West Division. This role acts as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team, providing ongoing service and problem resolution to the customer base to ensure customer retention. The specialist will recommend client-focused solutions, work closely with sales partners, and continuously provide educational material to clients, resolving customer-related issues in a timely manner. The role also involves providing administrative support for special projects/initiatives, client support, team member support, and execution/support for acquisition, IPA, and contract processes.
