About The Position

Labcorp is hiring a remote-based Administrative Specialist to support our sales team in the West Division. This role acts as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team, providing ongoing service and problem resolution to the customer base to ensure customer retention. The specialist will recommend client-focused solutions, work closely with sales partners, and continuously provide educational material to clients, resolving customer-related issues in a timely manner. The role also involves providing administrative support for special projects/initiatives, client support, team member support, and execution/support for acquisition, IPA, and contract processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook CRM, and internal systems experience
  • Excellent Organization Skills
  • Working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Pacific Time required

Nice To Haves

  • 2 or more years of experience in the medical field - Lab, doctor's office, or hospital setting
  • Current or previous Labcorp experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clients and team members
