About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in business administration or a similar field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in administrative support or a specialized field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Recordkeeping skills.
  • File management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to complete basic arithmetic.
  • Report preparation skills.
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the director in conducting day-to-day activities that coincide with program objectives.
  • Monitor the program budget.
  • Monitor Extra Help student workers.
  • Process requisitions for supplies and travel.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for program records.
  • Reserve meeting rooms for workshops and trainings.
