About The Position

The main purpose of this full-time contractual position will be to process pharmacy, pharmacist, distributorship, intern, and technician applications in a timely manner. The role involves responding to fax and email inquiries, answering call center inquiries related to licensing, managing and planning job duties efficiently, troubleshooting problems, and learning and maintaining knowledge of policies and procedures for application processing. This position is eligible for hybrid telework.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
  • One year of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work
  • Candidates may substitute 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university for the required experience
  • Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer involving staff work requiring regular use of independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting rules and regulations in accordance with agency laws and policies on a year-for-year basis for the required experience

  • Process pharmacy, pharmacist, distributorship, intern, and technician applications in a timely manner
  • Appropriately and efficiently respond to fax and email inquiries
  • Answer call center inquiries involving pharmacy, pharmacist, distributorship, intern, and technician licensing questions courteously and knowledgeably
  • Efficiently manage and plan job duties and responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot problems that occur during performance of duties and provide suggestions for avoiding future occurrences
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of policies and procedures for processing of applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
