Our agency houses many public safety divisions, including Emergency Management, Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Alcohol Law Enforcement, Samarcand Training Academy, and the North Carolina National Guard. The position serves as a point of contact for the Director of Court Services and the Court Services Administrator. Represents the Director of Court Services and staff as a designated point of contact in order to enable the Director and staff a seamless point of communication and information dissemination. Contact may include but is not limited to internal and external individuals representing all facets of the public, state and local government, and juvenile justice fields. Contact may be in the form of phone calls, face-to-face meetings, written, or email correspondence. Action may be in the form of written (email responses, memos, letters) or verbal communication (phone calls, meetings, etc.).
